The Ballroom offers views of falling snow from the windows and gorgeous chandeliers and is probably our favorite place to eat near the tall windows. We love the West Wing on hot Florida days because, between the air conditioning and the darkness, it just feels like a nice break from the crazy heat. ![]() The West Wing is a bit darker just like the Beast’s forbidden wing in the castle. The atmosphere at Be Our Guest will change depending on where you are sitting. You are allowed to explore any area of the restaurant while you’re there so if you didn’t get seated where you prefer, feel free to walk around and check the place out. Once inside you could be seated in the Ballroom, The Library, or The West Wing. Be Our Guest transports you into Beast’s Castle. If you haven’t caught on that we love the atmosphere here, well, now you know, we do.

![]() ![]() ![]() Make sure your PC is compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 (LE): Most Microsoft or Surface Bluetooth mice and keyboards require a PC with Bluetooth 4.0 or newer and designed to be full featured with Windows 10. Start the Bluetooth troubleshooter: Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter and follow the instructions. Follow any other instructions if they appear, then select Done. Choose your mouse or keyboard from the list of devices. Make sure Bluetooth is on, then select Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth. On your PC, select Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. The pairing button is usually on the bottom of the mouse. ![]() The light will blink to show that the mouse is discoverable. Press and hold the pairing button on your mouse or keyboard for 5-7 seconds, then let the button go. Make sure that the Vertical Scrolling check box is selected. If the wheel doesn't work in any program that has a scrollable document open (such as Microsoft Edge), make sure that wheel support is enabled. Start Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, and select Wheel. To do this and to follow the additional troubleshooting steps listed below, first visit the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, select the download version you want to use, and follow the instructions to install it. You can also disable the wheel button, if you prefer to use the wheel only for scrolling. To resolve the problem, avoid pressing down on the wheel while scrolling. If you want to return to the previous window, press the wheel until that window appears again, or use the Windows taskbar to switch to the window that you want. That's why the active window seems to disappear, but it's actually still open on your desktop. ![]() Sometimes while scrolling, you might accidentally press the wheel and unintentionally switch to another open program. Pressing the wheel switches to other open programs on your desktop. You can use the mouse wheel to scroll, and you can also use it as a button.
